I am a certified coach with 20+ years of design experience and a background in psychology

I help practitioners and executives grow with clarity and confidence. Based in Amsterdam, I coach clients online and in person, in both English and French. 
My career journey – from psychology to design leadership to coaching – has always been about people: enabling them to succeed, collaborate, and thrive.

What brought me to coaching / mentoring

I have always been fascinated by people — how they think, how they grow, how they find their way forward. That curiosity first led me to study psychology, and later to spend more than 20 years in design and leadership roles across Europe. Along my career, I built design teams, guided organisations through complex transformations, and supported leaders at every stage of their journey.

More than creating products, services or strategies in all of these roles, I found working with people the most rewarding — mentoring designers, enabling collaboration, and seeing others succeed. Coaching became a natural next step, giving me a way to fully dedicate my energy to supporting others more directly.

Today, I work with practitioners and executives who want to grow with clarity and confidence. My background in design, psychology, and leadership gives me a perspective that resonates with clients who face both the human and strategic dimensions of their work. I enjoy offering a space for others to explore, decide, and thrive on their own terms.

I am a certified Organizational Coach, member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I am currently preparing the EMCC Senior Practitioner accreditation and the ICF PCC accreditation. I continue to invest in supervision and reflective practice to ensure I bring both professional standards and genuine care to every coaching relationship.
